Do product specifications change by variant?

Yes. Battery count, color, camera configuration, storage bag inclusion, and other package details can vary by the selected option. The product page and variant selector show the available choices.

When will I receive tracking information?

When carrier tracking is available after fulfillment, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown during checkout based on the destination and available shipping method.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Contact DroneDock as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request based on the order’s current fulfillment status.
